PICK & PREORDER

PNP - a short form for “Pick & Preorder”, it is an event we hold 3 times a year to offer limited puzzles by artists. At each event, we will introduce up to 9 different puzzle designs & accept preorders. 

Why PNP?

  • To offer a variety of designs to puzzlers & participate in our puzzle development process.
  • To offer opportunities to talented artists for exposure, connection, and commission.
  • To make the manufacturing process sustainable, by only making what is necessary.

 

HOW IT WORKS

1. Connect with Us
Follow us or Subscribe to our email to be notified for the PNP(Pick & Pre-order) date. We run PNP every 4 months, 3 times a year.

2. Introducing Artists
When the pre-order date has been announced, we will introduce you to the participating artists and their puzzle designs.

3. Preorder your Favorites
When the PNP goes live, pick & preorder as many designs as you like among the 3 designs each week. You have 6 days to order, and your card will be charged on the 7th day only for the approved puzzles.

4. Production
After the PNP event is over, all designs that meet our minimum order quantity will be made. The designs that you preordered that didn't get enough votes will be voided and you will not be charged.

5. Shipping
It will take around 6-7 weeks to receive your order after the PNP event ends. If any delays happen, you will be updated immediately.

6. Defects & Missing Pieces
We order extra units to replace any defects or missing pieces that could happen during production & shipping. We will make sure you are 100% happy with the puzzle you ordered. (Please report within 30 days upon receiving your shipment)

PNP MONTHS

We will hold PNP events in January, May, and September. The start & end date will be announced closer to these months. If we decide to cancel the event for a certain month, you will be notified.


DURING THE PNP EVENT

We open up to 3 designs each week. You have 6 days to preorder, and 1 day to process payment for the approved designs. We show up to 9 puzzle designs throughout the PNP period.

FAQ

What if I missed the PNP month?
The puzzles are only printed once, and if there are some extra units after preorders have been fulfilled, they will be available to purchase. If they are out of stock, there will be another PNP to look forward to!

Can I change my mind about my order during PNP?
Yes and no. You can update your cart during the first 6 days of each session by contacting us, however on the 7th day, your order will be locked and we will process the payment. If you ordered artwork A on week 1, you won't be able to change that order on week 2 or 3.

I received my puzzle and the box is damaged.
You have 30 days to report it to us, we will replace any defected products such as damaged box or missing pieces. Learn more

Do you only sell during the PNP event?
We will focus on only making what has been preordered during the event, however for the first few PNP events, we will approve puzzle designs that almost meet the factory's minimum. So you can expect some units in stock after the preorders have been shipped. Few retailers also buy from us during the event, so you might find PNP puzzles there as well.

Will the unapproved designs open at another PNP?
If there are a lot of requests, we will talk to the artist about opening the design again. Please email us about the request and we will make a note!

Can I recommend an artwork by my favorite artist?
Of course! Please send us an email with their link to their work. If we see the potential of being a good puzzle, we will reach out to the artist and see if they would be interested in collaborating with us.
