  • Order number or purchase location
  • Your full name & address
  • Photo of the whole puzzle and a close up of the missing piece area(s).
  • Important Note: You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the product for PNP puzzles.

We will examine your photos and send you the piece(s) or a replacement puzzle as soon as we can.
