Please note that by submitting your writing and images (“Work”) via this website, located at https://soonness.com/, you provide the website owner (“Commissioner”) with a limited, unrestricted, irrevocable, and worldwide, license to display, and advertise your Work on platforms of Soonness.

In exchange for the license provided, the Commissioner may, at their sole discretion, offer you ("Author") one free product per blog post. 

The Author warrants that the Work is original and does not violate any copyright of any other person. Copyright of the Work shall remain with the Author.

The Author gives exclusive right to Commissioner to display the Work, and not any other platform or a person. The Author has the right to put a link to the Work on their own page(s), however the Author cannot post the same Work directly on their page(s) and/or platform(s).

This Agreement states the entire agreement between yourself ("Author") and the Commissioner as of this current date, and the rights described herein state the exclusive and only rights you are entitled to as a result of the provision of the license described hereunder to the Commissioner.

The Author is age 18 and above in order to submit artwork.
