Tell us about what your ordinary day looks like.
I am married and was a stay at home mom for 18 years raising my two boys. In 2022, I went back to work as a sales administrator for a screen printing and promotional goods company. While my older son is at college my younger son is a junior in high school. Many of our weekends are filled with his swim meets. I don’t have as much time to puzzle these days, but I definitely find time here and there!
How did you get into the world of puzzling?
I have loved doing puzzles for as long as I can remember. I have vivid memories of doing puzzles with my grandmother from an early age. I would do a couple puzzles a year, however when Covid hit my hobby became more of an obsession. I always have a puzzle in progress now.
What makes you keep puzzling & how often do you puzzle?
Doing puzzles is very relaxing for me and really a form of self care. I feel less stressed after spending time doing a puzzle. I carve out time to puzzle most weekends and every once in a while during the week.
What is your favorite type of puzzles?
I rarely will do a puzzle under 1,000 pieces, but occasionally I do if I love the print. My favorite puzzles are usually sweet treats, but I love anything busy and colorful!
During puzzling sessions, do you listen to anything or puzzle in silence?
I usually listen to podcast, anything from True Crime to Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend.
If you were to describe what puzzling means to you, what would it be?
Imperative!

I am also an avid reader, love to cross stitch and spend time with my family. We love to watch movies together. We also have fun traveling. Some of our favorite family memories have been made on Disney vacations.
