love the puzzle but it was flimsy

i ordered the three gradient puzzles and two were great! this one though was cut poorly, not the quality but the placing of the cuts. the gap between the piece corner and the indent for the insert piece was very narrow, which caused some pieces to be very delicate, even though the cardboard is of good material. i would be very wary of taking this puzzle apart. im not sure if this was a production issue or the intended design of the cuts, but i didn't like it.

Hi Lee!
We want to replace the puzzle for you, could you please send us some photos and your shipping information (full name, address, email) so we can send you a replacement?

Best,

I love everything about this puzzle!

I’m a big fan of gradients so when I first saw the Jelly Bean puzzle it was love at first sight! Not only is it a gorgeous rainbow gradient, but it’s also such a unique design.

The packaging is also very aesthetically pleasing while being minimal, no fuss and practical. The puzzle box is a compact, square box and would look great displayed on any puzzle shelf. Included with the puzzle is a handy zip-lock bag and a cute postcard with the Jelly Bean image.

As for the puzzle itself, the pieces are a greyboard with a lovely matte linen finish, they are completely matte without any glare. The pieces are a grid cut with traditional piece shapes that fit together comfortably – well enough for picking up sections (or a puzzle pick-up) but also not too tight either.

I really had a fun and positive puzzling experience with Jelly Bean and would recommend it for any gradient lover out there!
