Shipping policy

SHIPPING INFO
We ship from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China.
We offer free shipping worldwide on 2 or more puzzles to most countries, and you will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped out. Delivery time is 3-14 business days depending on where you live. Please note that busy seasons and unexpected circumstances could cause delays but we will make sure you receive your order safely.

IMPORTANT UPDATE for U.S. Customers: due to new tariff regulations imposed by the U.S. government on shipments from China on May 2nd, 2025, we have new shipping fees to cover additional taxes and customs clearance charges. We cover all costs from tariff changes, so you won't run into surprises upon receiving your product. Shipments to the US will take around 10 business days. We will be monitoring the changes and update our customers. 

*Warehouse hour is Mon-Sat (9:30am-6:30pm GMT+8), and the processing time is 1-2 days.

NOTES
We have the right to cancel your order and return your payment in case we cannot ship to certain countries due to unexpected circumstances & regulations of any country.

LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS
Please make sure you have the correct shipping address & track your shipment once your order has shipped. If your shipment is lost or stolen, we will work with you to communicate with the courier to file a claim for your package. For a hassle-free option, we have partnered with Navidium Shipping Insurance for any issues that may occur during shipping your item.

DUTIES & TAXES
Duties and import taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. For most countries, we ship using DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), meaning we cover these fees in advance and you won’t be charged on delivery. However, for some countries due to customs regulations, we can only ship using DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). In these cases, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected at delivery. We will notify you before shipping if this applies to your order.
