If you find a missing piece after you complete your puzzle, or received a defective product, please send us the following to hello@soonness.com

- Your full name & address
- Photo of the whole puzzle and a close up of the missing piece area(s).
Defective Product
- Puzzle title
- Order number or purchase location
- Your full name & address
- Photo of the defective area(s)
- If you think the defects occurred during transportation and purchased Route Shipping Insurance, please claim the issue HERE
We will examine your photos and send you the piece(s) or a replacement puzzle as soon as we can.
