Tell us about what your ordinary day looks like.
A lovely day for me starts with sunny weather, which puts me in a great mood! I spend time with my beloved cat, Poupinou. If the weather is nice, I go roller skating with my playlist of music from the 60s to the 80s, or I head to the flower park to read and do a tiny puzzle. I also spend time with my boyfriend, bake pastries, make sourdough bread, and of course, puzzle.
How did you get into the world of puzzling?
I got into puzzling at the beginning of the year. I started with a wooden puzzle and absolutely loved it. Then I continued discovering brands with wonderful puzzle illustrations. I wish I had discovered this passion earlier so I wouldn't have missed out on certain puzzles, like the lovely GIRL'S ROOM by SOONNESS, which I find so adorable and would have loved to assemble and have in my collection! :)
What makes you keep puzzling & how often do you puzzle?
Puzzling helps me disconnect from everyday worries and clear my mind. As someone who tends to be anxious, doing puzzles is good for my mental health. It's an activity that relaxes me, and I am completely focused when doing a puzzle. I puzzle often, spending more time on 1000-piece puzzles.
What is your favorite type of puzzles?
I really enjoy 500-piece puzzles, but they finish quickly! I spend more time on 1000-piece puzzles, especially complex ones. I love looking forward to the evening to continue my puzzle! I adore oddly-shaped pieces. While I like wooden puzzles, it's challenging to make stop-motion videos of completed ones because the pieces move. I prefer cardboard puzzles for stop-motion videos, bringing them to life as a cherished memory until the next assembly! I also have a soft spot for mini puzzles, which I enjoy assembling in my favorite park. The delicate, tiny pieces are simply adorable!
During puzzling sessions, do you listen to anything or puzzle in silence?
It depends. Sometimes I puzzle in silence, and other times I listen to my happy playlists. In the evenings, I enjoy listening to ambient music while puzzling (Hammock, Helios…).
If you were to describe what puzzling means to you, what would it be?
One day, a friend told me, "Make your life the most beautiful puzzle and enjoy every little piece," and I found that sentence adorable.
Tell us about your other interests & joys.
I love roller skating, spending time in nature, and reading Japanese literature because it’s so gentle and poetic (my favorite author is Haruki Murakami). I enjoy stories involving cats (like puzzles, there always has to be a cat), baking pastries to delight my boyfriend and satisfy my sweet tooth. I spend a lot of time with my cat, drink matcha or iced milk coffee, and create videos to share my pastries and puzzles. Bringing them to life is something I truly enjoy! I am also passionate about music, especially post-rock, which I’ve been listening to since middle school. I enjoy attending concerts and used to play the drums when I was younger. Also, my favorite dessert is strawberry tart with pastry cream. Speaking of pastries, I dream of Rowon's illustration, the patisserie (케이크 가게), being turned into a SOONNESS puzzle one day! I also love ice cream, particularly floral flavors like violet, poppy, and rose.

I share my puzzles on my Instagram account @petiteluneclaire through photos and reels. I also post photos and cozy videos of my pastries and sourdough bread on my Instagram account @dearpastries, and sometimes you can catch a glimpse of my cat :)
