  • Your full name & address
  • Photo of the whole puzzle and a close up of the missing piece area(s).

 

Defective Product

  • Puzzle title
  • Order number or purchase location
  • Your full name & address
  • Photo of the defective area, barcode on the outer box, shipping label on the shipping box
  • If you think the defects occurred during transportation and purchased Route Shipping Insurance, please claim the issue HERE
Important Note: If you contact us after a significant amount of time from the day of receiving your puzzle (6+ months), we cannot promise you we will have the missing piece or the replacement puzzle due to small quantities we make.

    We will examine your photos and send you the piece(s) or a replacement puzzle as soon as we can.
