If you find a missing piece after you complete your puzzle, or received a defective product, please send us the following to hello@soonness.com
Missing Piece

- Order number or purchase location
- Your full name & address
- Photo of the whole puzzle and a close up of the missing piece area(s)
Defective Product
- Puzzle title
- Order number or purchase location
- Your full name & address
- Photo of the defective area(s)
- If you think the defects occurred during transportation and purchased the Shipping Insurance, please mention it in the email
Important Note: If you contact us after a significant amount of time from the day of receiving your puzzle (6+ months), we cannot promise you we will have the missing piece or the replacement puzzle due to small quantities we make.
We will examine your photos and send you the piece(s) or a replacement puzzle as soon as we can.
